OSAA Foundation

Cross Country and Track & Field Fund

In the Spring of 2020, the OSAA Foundation received a generous donation from Portland Marathon Inc. Upon its dissolvement, the Portland Marathon Inc. liquidated all assets and donated those proceeds to non-profits around the state that encourage and promote running. The OSAA Foundation was honored to receive a portion of those assets to contribute to running throughout the state at the high school level. The goal of these funds is to support Oregon high school track and cross country athletes by supporting events and opportunities.

From this donation, the OSAA Foundation developed the Cross Country and Track & Field Fund to help support schools, organizations and events that promote high school running. We are excited to provide these funding opportunities! We thank the Portland Marathon Inc. and its Board for their consideration of the OSAA Foundation and we look forward to placing these funds in the hands of worthy recipients.
